On October 26 to 28, 2025 International Conference on the Cooperation and Integration of Industry, Education, Research and Application (Hebei) & Symposium on Frontiers in Crop Molecular Breeding, guided by Center for School Development and Planning, Ministry of Education, and Hebei Education Department, and hosted by Hebei Agricultural University, were held simultaneously in the lecture halls of the Research Building and the Youth League Committee on the West Campus of Hebei Agricultural University.
With the theme of "Green and Efficient Agriculture and Food Security and Health", the conference invited renowned experts from over ten countries and regions, including China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Pakistan, the Netherlands, Uzbekistan, Spain, Turkey, and Cambodia, to deliver 47 academic presentations focusing on four key topics: "Germplasm Innovation and Precision Breeding" "Green, Efficient and Intelligent Production""Improvement and Utilization of Saline-alkali Land" and "Nutritional and Healthy Processing of Agricultural Products". The symposium attracted more than 300 participants, including experts, scholars, graduate students, and industry representatives from top global universities, research institutions, and enterprises to engage in discussions and exchanges on the theme.
Adhering to the principles of "Openness, Collaboration, Innovation, and Win-Win Cooperation", the event aimed to establish a high-level international exchange platform, enhance global connectivity in agricultural science and technology, and foster the integration of fundamental research, technological development, and industrial applications. It provided scientific and technological impetus for achieving global and national goals of food security, green agricultural transformation, and nutritional health, while injecting new vitality into the high-quality development of modern agriculture in Hebei Province.
Officials from the International Cooperation Office, Scientific Research Academy, Graduate College, College of Agronomy, and College of Food Science and Technology of Hebei Agricultural University attended the event.
