The Presentation Ceremony of the 2024 "Yan Zhao Friendship Award" took place in Xiong'an New Area on September 9th. Wang Zhengpu, Governor of Hebei Province, officiated at the award presentation, handing out honors to the recipient experts. Among them was Raymond Alan Dixon, a specially appointed professor at Hebei Agricultural University, who was conferred this distinguished title.

As the highest honor bestowed upon foreign experts by the People's Government of Hebei Province, the "Yan Zhao Friendship Award" is selected once every two years. It aims to recognize and commend foreign experts who have made remarkable contributions to Hebei's scientific and technological innovation, as well as its economic and social development.

Over the past five years, two foreign experts from Hebei Agricultural University have received this prestigious award.
