On August 25th,2024, HEBAU and the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest in Romania renew the cooperation memorandum and the construction agreement for the China-Romania Joint Jujube Key Research Laboratory. Professor Zhang Lijie, President of HEBAU, Professor Zhao Jianjun, Vice President of HEBAU, and Professor Florin Stanica, Vice President of the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest in Romania and President of the European Fruit Tree Commission, attended the signing ceremony. The signing ceremony was presided over by Zeng Fanli, Director of the International Cooperation Office of HEBAU.

This signing is based on the cooperation and exchange relationship established between the two universities in 2015, the construction of the China-Romania Joint Jujube Key Research Laboratory in 2017, the joint organization of international academic seminars, and the National Government-Sponsored Study Abroad Program, etc.. It further enhances the achievements of substantive exchanges and cooperation.
