On July 2nd, the first group of 17 students majoring in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation from HEBAU's “China-German Cooperative Education Program” went to Magdeburg Stendal University of Applied Sciences in Germany for the dual-degree program.
Against the backdrop of Germany's "Industry 4.0", "Made in China 2025", and “Build Hebei into a Strong Province in Intelligent Manufacturing", the program aims to develop international talents in mechanical engineering with modern German industrial elements. Students could get access to German courses and faculty that is internationally certified without going abroad, receive international education and training in engineering. Students who opt to study abroad can obtain diplomas, degrees, and engineer certificates from Germany, as well as diverse employment opportunities from all over the world.
