On April 19, the delegation led by Chen Runyun, Vice Dean of Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), Ministry of Commerce, visited HEBAU for further exchange on how to leverage the characteristics and advantages of HEBAU to improve the capacity and quality of foreign-aid training and intensify the efforts to build a community with a shared future for mankind. During the visit, Chen Runyun spoke highly of the educational history, characteristic disciplines, rural revitalization, and foreign-aid training of HEBAU. This year sees the 20th anniversary of undertaking foreign-aid training programs in HEBAU. Over the past 20 years, HEBAU has undertaken 33 foreign aid training programs with 823 trainees from 75 countries.
