Recently, the China Scholarship Council (CSC) announced the results of the “2023 International Cooperation Training Program for Innovative Talents”. HEBAU's application for the "New Agricultural Science Innovation Talent Training Program" has been approved for the CSC International Cooperation Training Special Fund for Innovative Talents once again.

The International Cooperation and Training Program for Innovative Talents of CSC is a talent training program designed to better serve the comprehensive reform of the education field and the construction of first-class universities and disciplines, and to cultivate more innovative, scarce, and compound international talents. The program system adopts a selection model of " approval first, selection later", which strengthens the position of universities in international talent cultivation and empowers more rights on universities for overseas training. HEBAU will strictly follow the requirements of the program and focus on strengthening the management of selection, dispatch, management, return, and utilization in all aspects to ensure the smooth implementation of the program.
