Recently, the Education Department of Hebei Province announced the list of the second batch of first-class undergraduate courses approved for construction in Hebei. There are 16 courses of HEBAU approved for construction, including 4 online ones, 3 offline ones, 5 online&offline ones, 2 for social internship, and 2 for experiments on virtual simulation. The number of approval ranks top among the universities in Hebei.

In recent years, HEBAU has attached great importance to the construction of undergraduate courses and established a "university-province-national level" system to cultivate, construct and demonstrate curricula. The university has been approved for a total of 15 national first-class undergraduate courses and 39 provincial ones.
