On January 25, "2022 Alumni Association China University Ranking of Chinese Universities" (www.cuaa.net) was officially announced. HEBAU ranked 110th according to the main list, 72 higher than 2019, 46 higher than 2020 and 2 higher than 2021. It ranks 10th among agricultural higher education implementers in China.

The evaluation index system covers more than 700 evaluation indicators. It is constituted by 12 major index, including ideological and political education, outstanding alumni, teaching quality, high-level talents, advantageous disciplines, scientific research achievements, scientific research bases, scientific research projects, social services, school running levels, social reputation, international influence etc. The service of national "Double First-Class" development strategy and improvement of capability in serving the local economic and social development are the main guidance of higher education implementers.
