1、On the afternoon of May 31, at the invitation of the College of Animal Science and Technology, Professor Yang Hanchun, Vice Dean of the College of Animal Science and Technology, China Agricultural University came to Hebei Agricultural University (HEBAU) for an academic exchange program, giving a report titled “Research Progress on Variation, Evolution and Pathogenesis of Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus”. Undergraduates, postgraduates and teachers in relevant research fields from the College of Animal Science and Technology came to listen to the report.

2、From June 12 to 18, at the invitation of the College of Forestry, Zhang Lianjun, Professor of the College of Environment and Forestry, New York University, USA and excellent Scientist in the field of international forestry biological statistics made a presentation titled “Spatial Analysis and Bayesian Statistical Model” for students and teachers from the College of Animal Science and Technology of HEBAU.

3、On the afternoon of June 28, at the invitation of the College of Life Sciences, Liu Dongmin, Professor of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, USA came to HEBAU, giving an academic report titled “Identification of Bioactive Small Molecules for Promoting Energy Metabolism and Health” for about 60 undergraduates, postgraduates and teachers in relevant fields from the College of Life Sciences.

　　4、On the afternoon of August 9, at the invitation of the College of Business, Professor Matsushita Hidesuke from University of Tsukuba, Japan made an academic report titled “On the Risk Management and Environmental Management of Innovative Farms” at Room 1526, Building D, West Campus of HEBAU for over 40 teachers and postgraduates in relevant majors, and some agricultural entrepreneurs out of HEBAU.
